Abbott CRM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to join our team onsite in Austin, TX. This role supports financial planning, analysis and reporting for the CRM organization, partnering with the business to drive margin initiatives and manage the US Commercial Services budget.

You will build models, perform DCF/ROI analyses, prepare executive summaries and present financial insights to senior leadership, while developing the finance team and ensuring accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of full-time finance and/or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous margin improvement and report progress to Division leadership.
• Collaborate with site/function leadership to set goals and manage risks.
• Review projects in margin improvement program and report financial impacts.
• Develop financial models and executive-ready presentations.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and forecasting packages.
• Lead and develop financial analyst reporting to you.
