• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Field Execution organization.
• Coordinate activities, deliverables across the Field Execution team.
• Support the planning and execution of field leadership meetings and events, including attendee management, logistics coordination, and communications.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations, communications, meeting materials, and other team deliverables.
• Maintain execution processes, tools, and documentation to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support special projects and ad hoc operational requests that support Field Execution priorities.
• Serve as a key coordination resource, helping ensure alignment, communication, and seamless execution across the Field Execution team.
