Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Seven years of Commercial Field Examination and Asset Based Loan experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise prudent judgement to make independent decisions affecting customers and the Bank.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills in a high stress, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently complete Initial and Recurring field examinations for Commercial, Business Banking and Asset Based loans.
• Construct field examination reports and supporting findings with material variances and recommendations.
• Evaluate customers' borrowing base certificates for bank compliance.
• Examine customers' accounting procedures to identify collateral risk and compliance issues.
• Review internal reports and financial documents to assess customer financial condition.
• Assist with outsourced field examinations to ensure audit standards are met.
• Assist in training new field examiners.
