Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager in San Francisco to lead event-driven pipeline generation across hosted and third-party events. You’ll coordinate logistics, engage target accounts, and partner with MDR, Vertical Marketing and Sales to drive pre- and post-event engagement.

You’ll manage 40–60 events annually, from 1:1 VIP meetings to large conferences, and own budgets, vendor relationships, and outbound strategies to maximize attendance and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, event planning, or trade show management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events from small roundtables to large conferences.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience with sponsorships and vendor partnerships.
• Ability to align events with marketing, sales, and product objectives.
• Proficiency with event tools: Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Own event strategy and execution for 40–60 hosted and 3rd party events annually, including summits.
• Coordinate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and budgets.
• Build outbound sequences to drive attendance and set meetings for the sales team.
• Provide executive briefs and post-event follow-ups for stakeholders.
• Manage attendee engagement, meeting status, and follow-up actions to maximize impact.
