Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance experience in oil & gas.
• Experience preparing air emissions calculations and regulatory reports.
• Working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations applicable to oil & gas operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own and implement environmental management systems at assigned facilities to ensure compliance with air, water, and waste regulations, permits, programs, procedures, and policies.
• Serve as primary environmental compliance resource for field operations and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Support and attend agency inspections and ensure facilities are inspection-ready.
• Prepare and submit routine environmental reports (e.g., NSPS, MACT, Title V) to government agencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance environmental performance.
• Oversee SPCC Plans and Spill Response Plans and respond to environmental incidents and spills.
