Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. seeks a Manager, Field Environmental for Grand Junction, CO. The role leads a team of environmental professionals across assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness with operations leadership.

You will oversee emissions data analysis, prepare regulatory reports, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Travel regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of environmental compliance experience within the oil and gas industry.
• Two (2) or more years of experience supervising professional environmental personnel is preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations applicable to oil and gas operations preferably in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports at Title V operating facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management systems at facilities to ensure compliance with air, water, and waste regulations, permits, programs, procedures, and policies.
• Stay informed of environmental matters within the region and prioritize them.
• Provide leadership and feedback to the team of environmental professionals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities are inspection ready.
• Oversee preparation and submission of environmental reports to government agencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Respond to environmental incidents and spills and support emergency response activities.
