Qualifications

• Secret or above U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule and within cost constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~40 engineering and maintenance personnel onsite at Kings Bay.
• Oversee day-to-day field site operations and ensure contract compliance.
• Serve as the on-site customer and senior military liaison.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to management staff.
• Ensure quality and safety in all site operations.
• Attend customer meetings and participate in travel as needed.
• Oversee talent acquisition at the site.
• Discuss Navy shipboard systems and processes.
