Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of field engineering, construction management, or related experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire (preferred).
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the coordination and execution of moderately complex field engineering activities.
• Coordinates with project managers, field staff, self-perform teams, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Conducts site inspections and assessments, identifies risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepares and validates technical documentation, including daily progress and as-built records.
• Drives process improvements by analyzing field operations and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Communicates updates to project leadership to support informed decisions.
• Supports less experienced team members with engineering challenges and guidance on standards.
