Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a dedicated professional to support daily field operations and lead a team of field staff on our projects in Wisconsin. You will promote safety and quality, coordinate materials, and work with project teams to integrate prefabrication into field execution plans.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in field engineering or construction management, OSHA 30 certification, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification preferred; required within 6 months.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily site activities and ensures quality control.
• Coordinates delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.
• Promotes safety meetings and site inspections.
• Supports identification and integration of prefabrication opportunities.
• Maintains accurate daily logs and progress reports.
