Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Engineering Specialist to serve as the Mission System Maintenance Advisor for KA-350 aircraft in Saudi Arabia. You will troubleshoot and repair ISR mission systems, provide on-the-job training, and coordinate with RSAF and L3Harris teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with six (6) years of ISR mission systems experience.
Graduate Degree with four (4) years of ISR mission systems experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of ISR mission systems experience.
Three (3) years flight line experience supporting ISR or mission modified aircraft.
Three (3) years advising/mentoring technicians on FMS programs.

Responsibilities

Work with RSAF end user on troubleshooting and repair of KA-350 ISR mission systems.
Debrief aircrews on performance of L3Harris modified systems and devise troubleshooting plans.
Provide On-the-Job training for RSAF and L3Harris personnel.
Attend meetings and field training courses to maintain proficiency and program awareness.
Document aircraft forms and spare parts documentation per regulatory and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and maintain ISR equipment including Mission System Trainer and Ground Stations.
