Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; secret clearance may be required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; graduate degree reduces experience to 4 years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience accepted.
• Experience with cUAS technologies or similar defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems.
• Perform system testing, diagnostics, and repairs for optimal performance.
• Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on cUAS equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay current with cUAS tech and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
