Job summary

Carrier, together with Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks a Senior Field Engineer to join the team and grow as an expert in DDC troubleshooting. You will travel to sites, install and optimize building controls, and document project progress for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, ongoing skill development, and providing reliable field support across customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid, current Driver’s License and insurability by company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and using ladders/motorized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run correctly, with trends and alarms configured.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status to team and customers.
• Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and locations to support field operations.
