Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation seeks a Field Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. You will provide technical field support to align construction with approved designs, manage RFIs and submittals, and coordinate across disciplines to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience with Utility / Underground / Concrete Structures Construction preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare schedules, update progress, and coordinate with teams and agencies.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and field engineering deliverables.
• Monitor field construction, perform layout checks, and ensure plans are followed.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and daily progress reporting.
