Job summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Field Engineer to support hardware and software installations. This role involves working with cUAS systems and requires a Bachelor’s degree, along with relevant experience and Secret Clearance.

The Field Engineer will thoroughly collaborate with teams for system testing and provide training to operators on cUAS equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required.
• Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software installation at various locations.
• Conduct system testing and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training to end-users on cUAS equipment.

Skills

cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems

Diagnostic tools and test equipment

Military standards and technical documentation

Troubleshooting technical and/or software products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience

Graduate Degree and minimum of 4 years of prior related experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience

CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+

Cisco CCNA/CCDA

Microsoft MTA/MCSA
