Senior Field Engineer – National Mission Critical Team

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Engineer with 3+ years of successful construction management experience to support Superintendents and Project Managers in completing complex national projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support to project staff.
• Perform estimating and quantity take‑off.
• Inventory on‑site materials and equipment.
• Monitor and update project schedules.
• Enforce jobsite safety and compliance.
• Maintain assigned subcontracts.
• Manage subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and manpower.
• Monitor quality control processes.
• Execute additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction‑related field.
• Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
