Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to join our national Mission Critical team. The role requires 3+ years of construction management experience to assist Superintendents and Project Managers in delivering projects successfully.

This position involves field supervision, coordination with subcontractors, safety enforcement, and travel to project sites. A collaborative approach and strong scheduling/quality control contributions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction related field and 3+ years of construction management experience.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support to staff and stakeholders on-site.
• AssistEstimating and quantity take off activities.
• Manage on-site material and equipment inventory.
• Monitor and update project schedules.
• Enforce site safety and compliance with standards.
• Maintain assigned subcontracts and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and timely subcontractor mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Field support staff.
• Estimating and quantity take off.
• On-site material and equipment inventory.
• Monitor and update schedules.
• Jobsite safety and enforcement.
• Maintain assigned subcontracts.
• Manage subcontractor schedule relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower.
• Monitor quality control.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction related field.
• Candidates will assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others in a team environment.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel.
