Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in electronic security, including systems integration and advanced troubleshooting.
• Completion of at least four industry certifications in electronic security and systems integration.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
• Ability to work in high-security environments and adhere to standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain security system components to design specs with minimal supervision.
• Lead site safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects.
• Supervise and mentor teams of up to five junior and intermediate technicians, ensuring training and task completion.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics, including advanced programming and system integration tasks.
• Serve as the on-site contact for clients and coordinate with project managers and engineers.
• Complete required job documentation and ensure compliance with ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA.
