Job summary

Enterprise Electrical co is seeking an Electrical Service Technician II to serve as a primary responder for service calls in commercial and industrial settings. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems, communicating clearly with customers and documenting work performed.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of electrical experience and a Texas Journeyman license, with NEC knowledge and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Electrical theory coursework preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Respond to service calls and identify root causes, implementing code-compliant solutions.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and one-line diagrams to execute work accurately.
Interface with customers to explain issues and provide repair recommendations.
Provide guidance to Apprentice Technicians on job sites and during service tasks.
Complete detailed service documentation and time tracking, ensuring safety compliance.
Work in accordance with NEC, state/local codes, and company safety standards.
