Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician II to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments. You will respond to service calls, read drawings, and ensure NEC compliance while maintaining professional customer interactions.

The role includes supervising Apprentice Technicians, supporting after-hours calls, and traveling between job sites in the service area.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues with structured problem-solving.
• Ability to read complex electrical drawings and specs.
• Working knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Clear communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Mentor Apprenticesially on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems in commercial/industrial environments.
• Respond to service calls and identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including panels, circuits, lighting, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specs to execute work.
• Explain issues and recommendations to customers and provide improvements or maintenance guidance.
• Lead and guide Apprentice Technicians on sites.
