Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Electrical Service Technician II to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments. You will be the primary responder to service calls, communicating with customers about issues and recommended improvements.

The role requires a Texas Journeyman Electrician's License, OSHA 30 (preferred), and 5+ years of related experience. Occasional after-hours work and travel to job sites are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of coursework in electrical theory, construction trades, or a related field preferred.
• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician's License required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
• 5+ years of electrical, construction, or related field experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments.
• Respond to service calls and identify root causes with code-compliant solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair panels, circuits, lighting, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Explain issues to customers and recommend improvements or preventative maintenance.
• Maintain professionalism in customer-occupied facilities and represent the company in the field.
• Provide guidance to Apprentice Technicians on job sites.
• Support after-hours, weekend, and emergency service calls as needed.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and safety standards.
