Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Lead Field DDC Engineer to design, develop, and deliver Delta Controls DDC-based building automation for large-scale data centers. You will guide engineering execution, review work, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality DDC deliverables from design through turnover.

You will deploy enteliWEB SCADA environments, work across teams, and travel 50-60% to client sites. Expertise in GCL+ programming and HVAC systems is essential to drive reliable, scalable control solutions for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DDC programming or building automation.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles in field operations.
• Expert-level Delta Controls GCL+ knowledge and related tools.
• Deep hands-on experience with enteliWEB deployment and configuration.
• Experience programming and commissioning complex HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead DDC engineering scope from design through turnover on large projects.
• Define DDC architecture, controller configurations, network design, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate deliverables across project teams, field crews, vendors, and system integrators.
• Provide technical leadership in client meetings, design reviews, and risk discussions.
• Develop control logic for HVAC infrastructure and facility systems using GCL+.
• Lead deployment of enteliWEB environments for mission-critical data centers.
