Job summary

Divcon Controls seeks a Lead Field DDC Engineer to drive design, development, and delivery of DDC-based building automation for large-scale data centers and mission-critical facilities. Expect hands-on GCL+ programming and senior technical leadership across design through turnover.

The role includes integration with enteliWEB, Ignition SCADA, BACnet/MODBUS, and extensive travel. Mentoring, code reviews, and standards enforcement are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DDC programming, building automation, or controls engineering.
2+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience in field operations.
Experience leading DDC scope on complex projects from design through turnover.

Responsibilities

Lead DDC engineering scope across projects from design through commissioning and turnover.
Define project-level control strategies, architecture, and integration requirements.
Coordinate deliverables with project teams, field teams, vendors, and system integrators.
Provide technical leadership during client meetings, design reviews, and issue resolution.
Lead the design and development of DDC systems using GCL+ and related tools.
