Job summary

Divcon Controls, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Field DDC Engineer to lead Delta Controls DDC deployments in mission‑critical data centers. You will hands-on program GCL+ logic, configure enteliWEB, and integrate with PLCs and SCADA systems while mentoring junior engineers.

You will independently manage complex DDC workstreams, engage with project teams and customers, and stay updated on Delta Controls platforms. Extensive travel (50–60%) and OSHA 10 are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DDC programming with a Delta Controls focus.
• Expert knowledge of Delta Controls GCL+ programming and enteliWEB.
• Field experience commissioning BAS/BMS/EPMS in data centers.
• Advanced knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP and networks.
• Strong troubleshooting across DDC, networking, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects without direct supervision.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% and mentor engineers.
• OSHA 10 certification within past two years (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, commissioning, and optimization of Delta DDC systems for data centers.
• Program GCL+ logic for HVAC sequences, staging, alarms, scheduling, and recovery.
• Configure enteliWEB graphics, navigation, dashboards, and roles.
• Maintain controller databases, I/O structures, and network configs.
• Integrate with PLCs, Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC UA, and BACnet/Modbus.
• Troubleshoot communications, data integrity, and performance issues.
• Validate system functionality through commissioning and customer acceptance.
