Job summary

Dyno Nobel in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Senior Field Consultant to lead the evaluation of our blasting products and applications and to implement advanced technologies in collaboration with Dyno Consult resources. The role ensures day-to-day blasting operations are performed safely and efficiently across customer sites.

You will guide project milestones, provide on-the-job training for customer blasting personnel, manage project-related expenses, and support safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Geotechnical, Mineral, or Geological/ Civil Engineering; advanced degree beneficial.
• Experience in a blaster supervisory role preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo ATF background check and obtain MSHA Part 46/48 certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Dyno’s products and applications and implement technologies with Dyno Consult resources.
• Ensure blasting operations are safe and efficient across projects.
• Deliver project milestones and provide on-the-job training to customer blasting personnel.
• Manage project expenses and contribute to achieving budgeted gross margin.
• Conduct pre-blast surveys, blast performance measurements, and post-blast evaluations.
• Respond promptly to problems and business requests.
