Job summary

Cerris Systems, a long-standing construction group, seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee company operations and project activities across multiple sites. You will implement plans to achieve corporate objectives, drive business development, and ensure quality and timely performance.

The role reports to top leadership and requires strategic planning, strong financial oversight, and a commitment to safety and process improvement within a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience preferred in operations or construction.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual department business plan and budget.
• Provide guidance and direction to managers toward professional development.
• Plan and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, architects, clients, and engineers on projects to ensure cohesive operations.
• Lead client/contractor negotiations and buy-outs for projects.
• Direct financial management and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across projects.
