Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in construction supervision or related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, specs, codes, and safety requirements.
• Ability to supervise multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling, reporting, or project-management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, schedules, and technical documents.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with project planning, scheduling, and daily field operations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and adjust daily work plans as project needs change.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections while enforcing safety requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with building codes, specs, and contract documents.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and other resources.
• Monitor project schedules and provide progress updates.
• Identify and resolve labor, scheduling, quality, safety, and compliance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support budget management by reducing waste and preventing delays or rework.
