Qualifications

• Craft certification, training, and experience appropriate for assignment scope; related experience equivalent to 18 years; local compliance may apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work activities for assigned construction crafts in alignment with deliverables, tools, equipment and materials.
• Approve or authorize coordination of craft personnel, materials, and equipment to meet schedules and establish crew organization.
• Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods.
• Analyze situations, identify problems, forecast options, and recommend actions.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
