Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to close-out. You will guide field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in construction supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with construction management software. The position is based on-site in Albuquerque, NM with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years as Construction Superintendent or equivalent.
Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Direct all field operations from mobilization through final close-out.
Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and logistics to support project schedules.
Plan and manage site mobilization, temporary facilities, utilities, and site layout.
Ensure construction activities meet contract requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.
Monitor workforce productivity and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and Government representatives.
