Qualifications

• Five+ years as Construction Superintendent or equivalent field leadership.
• Experience mobilizing projects through close-out.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations from mobilization through final close-out.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and logistics to support project schedules.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules (two-week and 30-day).
• Enforce safety requirements and lead toolbox talks.
• Maintain daily construction reports and project documentation.
