The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on scheduling. Travel to active sites is expected, with a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years' experience in construction.
• Experience with estimation and project management software preferred.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30-hour certification required.
• Forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, fall protection certifications preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and branch managers.
• Lead and mentor field employees.
• Attend weekly scheduling meetings to allocate manpower per project.
• Ensure safety program and conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Manage manpower and payroll hours for active jobs.
