Job summary

Acousti Engineering Company of Florida is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field installation from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and staying under budget. You will coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and branch managers while mentoring field staff and managing manpower and safety.

The role requires 7–9 years of construction experience, OSHA certification, and strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30-hour certification required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills required.
• Experience using estimating and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field staff and coordinate with contractors and project managers.
• Lead and mentor field employees and attend scheduling meetings.
• Ensure project safety, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Manage manpower, payroll hours, and material deliveries.
• Coordinate lifts/equipment and train team members on safety.
• Maintain progress updates with managers and assist in hiring new staff.
• Administer site safety programs and weekly toolbox talks.
