Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager, Major Projects to provide direct oversight of major projects and field construction activities across the United States and Canada, leading construction teams, contractors, and inspection resources to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Hold a related bachelor’s degree, college diploma, construction management or energy experience.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible pipeline and/or facilities experience.
• Knowledgeable in engineering, construction, field operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; able to convey technical matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction teams, contractors, and inspection resources to safely execute major projects within budgets and schedules.
• Manage contracted service providers, facilitate meetings, review plans, monitor performance, and support contract management.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with strong field presence and proactive reporting.
• Optimize construction strategies, costs, schedules, and resources, identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
• Partner with project stakeholders to develop constructable scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans.
• Provide leadership and technical direction to ensure resources are deployed effectively and requirements are met.
