Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Construction Manager, Major Projects to lead field construction activities and oversee major energy infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada. You will coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in pipeline/facilities construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% for site visits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years pipeline or facilities experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in energy.
• Knowledge of industry codes, regulations (FERC, PHMSA).
• Proficient with MS Office, Oracle, Kahua and technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction teams, contractors, and inspection resources to safely execute major projects within budgets and schedules.
• Manage contracted service providers, review plans, monitor performance, and support contractor selection and contracts.
• Champion project safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with strong field presence.
• Optimize construction strategies, costs, schedules, and resources; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop constructable scopes, estimates, and execution plans.
