Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Construction Manager, Major Projects to provide direct oversight of large-scale field construction efforts. You will lead construction teams and contractors, drive safety and quality, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Engineering, Project Controls, and Supply Chain to develop constructable plans and execution strategies across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction or engineering with relevant energy industry experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in pipeline/facilities with progressive responsibility; 9+ years if no degree.
• Proven knowledge of field operations, codes, and regulatory requirements; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction teams, contractors, and inspection resources within budget and schedule.
• Manage service providers, review plans, monitor progress, and support contract management.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site and in the office.
• Optimize strategies, costs, schedules, and resources across the project portfolio.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop scopes and plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure adherence to Enbridge requirements.
