Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry.
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
• Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, and competitive knowledge.
• Ability to travel adequately to cover territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field to maximize short and long term sales performance.
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives.
• Proactively fulfill customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
