Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in PCB engineering.
• Experience with electrical design performance and signal integrity.
• Experience interpreting drawings/blueprints and using CAM tools.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Travel up to 15–25%.

Aufgaben

• Educate customer designers on DFM and DFV to shorten design cycles.
• Reduce design cycle time by resolving holds between pre‑production and customers.
• Update customers on TTM capabilities and set tech roadmaps.
• Understand QTA/NPI and HVM needs for NA and APAC sites.
• Identify future customer needs and communicate gaps to engineering/ops.
• Analyze designs for manufacturability and impedance improvements.
• Establish technical contacts between customers and TTM.
• Assist pre‑production through the DFM/TQ process to resolve holds.
• Support sales with technical expertise to grow revenue.
• Travel for customer visits and key programs as required.
• Create and present technical capability presentations with sales.
