Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated Staff Field Applications Engineer (Analog & Power) to lead technical engagements and support design solutions. The role involves customer-facing responsibilities, power architecture development, and extensive hands-on lab work.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Analog and Power Electronics and a BS in Electrical Engineering. This position is primarily remote but candidates should be willing to be located in Southern California.

Competitive salary range is $134,000 - $175,000 annually with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Analog and Power Electronics.
• Experience in customer-facing or design roles.
• Ability to partner with product marketing and lead customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer power architecture development.
• Perform technical design reviews and fault analysis.
• Drive new product evaluations for power and analog portfolio.
