Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to serve as the primary technical bridge between the Asia Engineering team and customers.
• Ensure technical success of high-power charging modules and integrated widget modules projects in EV applications.
• Coordinate with customer and Asia teams to identify issues and deliver timely resolutions in NPIs.
• Provide technical support across projects and communicate design features, specifications, and DFMs to customers and factory engineers.
• Foster customer satisfaction, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration for on-time delivery.
