Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ years related professional experience in claims.
• 4+ years claims experience with homeowner claims.
• Knowledge of Xactimate repair estimating system.
• Knowledge of homeowner policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims in the field and virtually.
• Photograph and inspect damaged dwellings and personal property.
• Determine scope of repairs and prepare repair bids using Xactimate.
• Settle dwelling or structure damages after coverage analysis.
• Communicate with insured and contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
