Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying DMAIC, KT, or DOE methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Aveva PI Vision, Minitab, JMP, or SAS.
• Experience coaching and developing engineering/technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving initiatives and provide technical expertise for process/equipment issues.
• Plan, justify, and implement cost reduction, capacity, and capital improvement projects.
• Drive installation, debugging, initial operation, and scale-up of new equipment and processes.
• Lead multi-stage innovation projects spanning new products and improvements.
• Provide engineering-level support for global manufacturing operations and mentor staff.
