• 15+ years of progressive fiber utility design and related consulting experience.
• Strong leadership, client development, and cross-office collaboration.

• Lead the fiber utility design discipline with P&L accountability.
• Develop growth strategy for fiber utility design in existing and new markets.
• Mentor managers and staff across multiple offices.
• Drive project delivery, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing, and technical leaders to grow the practice.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and scalable processes.
