Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a senior leader to guide the Fiber Utility Design (UDE) discipline in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on strategic growth, client relationships, and scalable delivery across multiple offices.

You will mentor staff, drive project delivery, manage finances, and expand broadband/fiber services in existing and new markets, travel to client sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in fiber utility design or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Strong leadership across multiple offices, geographies, or service lines.
• Established relationships within broadband, fiber, utility, municipal, or infrastructure markets.
• Strong business development background with ability to win work and enter new markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UDE fiber discipline with accountability for financial performance, quality, client satisfaction, productivity, and growth.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for fiber utility design services in existing and new markets.
• Establish vision, priorities, and leadership structure to scale the discipline across offices and regions.
• Serve as a senior seller-doer and industry leader for UDE fiber services.
• Identify and pursue fiber design opportunities (FTTx, middle mile, OSP, permitting, GIS workflows).
• Provide senior technical leadership and ensure design delivery meets standards, budgets, and schedules.
