Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a senior consulting leader to guide the Utility Design Engineering discipline in Arizona. You will drive strategy, growth, and client relationships while expanding fiber design services across markets.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational discipline, and delivering high-quality fiber infrastructure solutions. Ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in fiber utility design, strong business development acumen, and willingness to travel to Colliers

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 15+ years in fiber utility design or related consulting services.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple offices/geographies or service lines.
• Established relationships in broadband, fiber, utility, municipal, or infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the UDE fiber discipline and accountability for financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for fiber utility design in existing and new markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff across multiple offices; establish scalable processes and QA/QC practices.
