Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a senior consulting leader to guide and grow our Utility Design Engineering fiber practice in Pennsylvania. Located within commutable distance of PA offices, you will oversee strategy, delivery, and growth across markets.

You will mentor staff, manage finances, and pursue new opportunities with utilities, broadband providers, and municipalities, while ensuring high-quality, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, GIS, telecommunications infrastructure, or related field.
• 15+ years in fiber utility design, broadband, OSP, FTTx, middle mile, or related consulting services with leadership experience.
• Strong business development, ability to build relationships, win work, expand accounts, and enter new markets.
• PE license or other professional credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UDE fiber discipline with accountability for financial performance, quality, client satisfaction, and growth.
• Develop growth strategy for fiber utility design services in existing and new markets.
• Oversee design delivery to ensure alignment with client requirements, standards, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Manage teams delivering FTTx, middle mile, OSP, and related infrastructure services; establish QA/QC and documentation standards.
• Travel regularly to Colliers offices, client locations, and industry events.
