Job summary

OmniOn Power in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Fiber Services to scale its services execution model for fiber infrastructure and ILA power deployment programs supporting hyperscale and telecom customers.

You will guide the services organization to meet technical, operational, and execution requirements, translating customer needs into scalable processes, resource plans, and partner models. This role reports to senior leadership and requires strong field-operations discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in services operations, field leadership, deployment operations, telecom or mission-critical infra.
• Experience leading large-scale field deployment programs with multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of services execution, installation readiness, and commissioning.
• Ability to build scalable processes, operating rhythms, and resource models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and OmniOn facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the services execution model for fiber ILA power deployment across key customers.
• Translate requirements into actionable services plans and schedules.
• Support reviews, meetings, issue resolution, escalation, and performance reporting.
• Ensure a responsive, reliable services organization aligned with field needs.
• Develop installation and commissioning standards with engineering and field teams.
• Build operating rhythms and governance for safety, quality, and cost-to-serve.
