Qualifications
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing.
- 3+ years supervising fiber optic teams or telecommunications projects.
- Strong knowledge of single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fiber optic installation, termination, splicing, and testing.
- Lead teams of fiber technicians, contractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and standards.
- Review fiber optic drawings, network designs, and construction documents.
- Coordinate project schedules and workforce assignments.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates.
