• Demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of AEP telecommunications networks, fiber infrastructure, facilities, and supporting technologies to resolve operational and project-related issues.
• Participate in development, implementation, and continuous improvement of telecommunications standards, practices, and procedures.
• Ensure all work activities comply with company policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coordinate telecom projects, perform advanced fiber splicing, testing, and network commissioning as required.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives and provide technical guidance as needed.
