Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale fiber installation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects comply with building codes and specifications, developing project plans, and providing leadership to the project staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Lead development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules, and address delays.
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection and negotiations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
