Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of fiber laser systems, including seed sources and amplifiers.
• Oversee optical, thermal, and mechanical design.
• Support fiber laser product development by guiding root-cause analysis.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
