Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for optical design of fiber lasers.
• Define test strategies and build prototypes.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development.

Skills

Hands-on experience with passive and active fibers

Experience in free-space beam and optical cavity alignment

In-depth knowledge of various fiber types

Proven experience with optical measurement instruments

Familiar with optical non-linear processes

Hands-on experience with operating acousto-optic modulators

Education

MS degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry
